LEX10 Sdn. Bhd. (LEX10) [200701000724 (758722-U)] was incorporated in 2007 as part of the fulfillment for the MDEC Technopreneur Pre-Seed Fund Programme, under the Ministry of Science Technology and Innovation (MOSTI).
LEX10 is position to be the preferred one-stop ICT-based solution provider for legal industry in Malaysia. Our industry-focus business operation is the unique unfair advantage and major differentiator from competitors. After a year of intensive R&D and preparation, the company commence our business operation in 2008 and subsequently obtained the MSC-status in 2009.
In 2021, LEX10 was approved by MDEC to be the certified Technology Solution Provider (TSP) supporting Malaysian Small & Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in digital adoption under SME Digitalisation Grant. Eligible law firms may apply through LEX10 to receive a 50% matching grant of up to RM5,000 per application.

The increased importance of computerization in today's business world is driving organization of all sizes to continuously invest in ICT to stay compatible (with the rest of the world) and competitive (in their respective market). The cost of "not computerize" is prohibitively high for corporate survival; at the same time, the cost of ICT will affect bottom line and must be invested with great care. Balancing between the two is not an easy task especially for private law firms that do not have an inhouse expertise in evaluating the rapidly changing technology.
